I for Installments

Your memories don’t come
Gushing all at once.
They rather come one by one
As if in installments.

A random Facebook post,
Reminds me of you.
The coffee at this new cafe
Somehow smells of you.

I imagine how your eyes
Would have reflected the moonlight.
I remember how your lips quivered
Every time they touched mine.

I wish for these memories to
Destroy me once, like a storm.
Rather than have the havoc
Caused by a daily downpour.
